Product Description
I. Overview:
This series of products is mainly used for large Angle continuous conveying of bulk materials, using conveyor belts with wavy ribs and transverse partitions. The transport inclination Angle is 0-90° (below 70°), which is characterized by: horizontal inclined transport can be completed with a single device in a narrow space, with the advantages of universal belt conveyor level or small Angle transport reliable high, energy saving and bucket lifting materials reliable and economic. This series of products are widely used in coal, grain, building materials, chemical, hydropower and metallurgy departments, conveying a variety of bulk materials with a bulk density of 0.5-2.5t/m3 within an ambient temperature of -19ºC-+40ºC, for conveying materials with special requirements, such as high temperature resistance or materials with acid, alkaline, oil substances, organic bath agents and other components. Must be put forward at the time of ordering, using the corresponding material of the special flange conveyor belt.
3. Selection:
According to the characteristics of the conveying material, the inclination Angle and the size of the conveying capacity, refer to Table 1 and Table 2 to determine the bandwidth of the conveyor, the height of the flange and the size of the belt speed. Among them:
(1) The conveyor belt is divided into normal temperature (-20 ~ 50 ° C), heat resistance (below 120 ° C), high temperature resistance (below 180 ° C) and acid, alkali and oil resistance;
(2) When conveying large materials, the guard edge should be selected on the high side; Also can not increase the bandwidth and flange, with increased belt speed (1.25m/s, 1.6m/s, 2m/s) to improve the throughput;
(3) The conveying height is 70m, and the particle size should be less than 30-40mm high of the rib.
(4) The upper roller spacing is generally 1.2m, the lower roller spacing is generally 1.2m, when the inclination is greater than 60°, it is 2.4m, and the anti-run offset roller spacing is 3-6m. The L3 standard is 2200,1500.
(5) Power estimation according to the following table.
Iv. Instructions for use
1, this table is only suitable for the preliminary simple selection, selection results should be determined according to the calculation results.
2. The data in this table are calculated according to tape line speed V = 1m/s, transverse partition distance ts=0.25m, object capacity γ=1t/m3, lifting height H =10m as assumed conditions, such as different conditions should be properly converted.
3. Selection examples:
Known: The conveying material is coal, the capacity is γ = 0.8t/m3, the material particle size is A "40mm, the conveying inclination β = 45°, the conveying capacity Q =85t/h, the conveying height is 15m, and the required bandwidth and belt speed and motor power are required. First, the conveyor capacity of the belt machine should be 85t/h÷0.5t/m3,= 106.25m3 /h, and then check in the 45° inclination column in the table
