The working principle of the coal screening machine:

 

The inclined rolling screen is composed of a certain number of special-shaped screen pieces arranged on a number of parallel axes arranged according to a certain track, rotating in the same direction and at the same speed to form a rolling "banana" shaped screen surface. When the material flows on this screen surface, it can form an equal thickness and a certain acceleration of the material flow. The large material gradually moves forward under the action of the rotating screen pieces and enters the crushing equipment. Small pieces of material enter the belt conveyor through the screen hole to complete the screening purpose.
