Product Description
CTS(N, B) series wet permanent magnet drum magnetic separator magnetic field is divided into rotary and fixed two kinds of mechanisms.
The fixed type is mainly suitable for weak magnetic field wet separation of fine particles of strong magnetic substances, or to remove the strong magnetic minerals in non-magnetic minerals, when the slurry is injected into the magnetic field area, in which the strong magnetic minerals are adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, weak magnetic and non-magnetic minerals are successively excluded, and the strong magnetic minerals adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder are taken out of the magnetic field area with the rotation of the cylinder.
The rotary type is suitable for the dry separation of fine-grained strong (medium strong) magnetic minerals. Due to the role of high-speed rotation, the magnetic roll times of magnetic particles are much higher than that of ordinary magnetic separators, which has a significant effect on destroying magnetic agglomeration and improving the ore abundance ratio. Minerals are separated into two kinds of magnetic and non-magnetic substances after separation. The machine is suitable for roughing and selecting the ore size of 6-0mm.
