Product Description
PGT series disk vacuum filter for metal ore fully draws on the advantages of similar products, aiming at the characteristics of high density of metal minerals, fast settlement, and strong impact force of solid particles on the filtrate pipe, the overall performance and reliability of each component are optimized to ensure the excellent dehydration index obtained in the solid-liquid separation of metal minerals. Through the successful practical application of users, the main technical indicators and performance have reached the level of advanced products.
Main features:
1, the fan filter plate dewatering hole distribution is uniform, the porosity is reasonable, the bar size is large, made of high strength engineering plastic, the service life is increased by 1-1.5 times.
2, the filtrate pipe filter area is large, the distribution head abdominal cavity area is large, improve the pumping rate and filtrate discharge effect.
3, wear-resistant nylon monofilament or double double filament filter cloth to improve the dehydration rate and not easy to block, extend the service life.
4, multi-point dry pump centralized automatic lubrication.
5, filter cloth automatic cleaning device, to maintain its good dehydration effect.
6, horizontal forced variable speed mixing, shaft end using rubber and graphite packing and water pressure difference triple seal to ensure no leakage.
7, the main transmission stepless speed change, according to the concentration and flow of the material adjustment (AC speed regulation motor or inverter), in order to achieve the ideal working effect.
8. Each plate is composed of 20 filter plates, which strengthens the control of the filtration process and makes the cake evenly thick.
9, friction plate adopts special wear-resistant material boron cast iron, rigid and soft, good sealing effect, long service life.
10, the filtrate pipe for high strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe, increase the life of more than 10 times.
11, the filtrate pipe and filter fan interface to remove the upper and lower flanges, the use of mold positioning direct welding, reducing 90% of possible air leakage points
