Product Description
GJT-F series metal detector adopts the assembled differential transformer sensor, and adopts the new metal detection technology - digital phase shift and related detection technology in the circuit design. It has stable and reliable performance, high detection sensitivity, strong material suppression characteristics, and excellent anti-interference ability. The product is mainly used in thermal power generation, cement, building materials, paper making, mining, food, chemical and other industries, to detect various metal substances mixed in raw materials, it is the use of metal into the sensor electromagnetic field generated by the induction signal, signal amplification processing circuit to drive the actuator action, so as to detect harmful metals.
Main features:
Sensitivity debugging quantification;
High sensitivity design can detect large metals; Sound and light alarm.
Detection range: iron, aluminum, stainless steel, alloy and other metals.
Control output: one pair of relay contacts is normally open, one pair is normally closed.
Timing function: Delay release after relay suction, delay time 1-10 seconds.
Installation precautions:
1. When the amplitude of the belt conveyor frame is less than 0.5mm, it can be directly installed in the belt frame. If the amplitude is more than 0.5mm, it should be installed with a fixed bracket.
2, the input voltage of the machine is 220V±10V AC, if the power supply voltage exceeds this value should be equipped with a regulated power supply. If the above two items exceed the specified value, the metal detector may misoperate and affect the normal work of the equipment.
