Product Description
This product adoptimpacl crushing technology to making sand,mainly use strike and counterstrike,compress extrusion and friction etc high abrasion impact crushing form to the lowest standard.Realize uniform sand grain and low fine powder through adjust bottom of screen. Meanwhile havelow failure rate and easy to maintain etc characteristics.
The impact crusher uses the high-speed rotating rotor in the crushing chamber to have a strong impact on the medium hardness ore materials entering the crushing chamber, so as to achieve the purpose of crushing.
When the impact crusher is powered on and starts to work, the rotor in the crusher starts to rotate at a high speed by the electric motor. The ore is thrown into the impact crushing cavity and collides violently with the rotating rotor. The material is impacted by the rotor and thrown to the impact plate along the tangent direction of the rotor rotation, and then the impact plate rebounds back from the impact plate to the space range of the rotor rotation for the second time Impact, then throw to the second counter plate. After repeated impact and rebound of the rotor and impact plate, the internal structure of the material will be loose and broken due to impact. The material particles meeting the crushing specifications will be discharged out of the machine along the reserved gap between the rotor and the impact plate, and become the broken product. The gap between the impact rack and the rotor can adjust the size and shape of the final product.
