Product Description
The DGS-830 single-roller slag crusher is a new generation of slag crusher equipment developed on the basis of the DGS-40 single-roller slag crusher. The performance of the product and the electrical protection device have the same effect as the DGS-40 single-roller slag crusher, but there are unique features in the structure:
The structure of the toothed roller is divided into three forms: A, B and C. Type A toothed roller adopts a full-toothed plate structure and has no partition plates between the toothed rollers. After abrasion failure, new toothed plates can be replaced. Type B toothed roller adopts an spaced toothed plate structure. This structure enhances the feeding capacity of large slag blocks and makes it convenient to replace the toothed plates after abrasion. It is the most widely used type of toothed roller. The C-type toothed roller has an involute toothed ring structure, which has a strong slag-crushing capacity and a relatively complex structure.
2. Change the integral bearing housing to a split type bearing housing, which is convenient for tooth disassembly and assembly and makes product maintenance more convenient.
3. The jaw plate is changed from a fixed type to an adjustable type, allowing the particle size of the crushed slag to be adjusted to no more than 25mm.
4. The transmission methods are divided into two forms: coupled shaft transmission and chain transmission. Generally, coupled shaft transmission should be given priority
